You may not translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. KENJI FUJITA is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to modify the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear what you are paying for.
The Tarot Study app stores and processes the personal data you provide us in order to deliver the service. Keeping your phone and access to the app secure is your responsibility. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which removes the software restrictions imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so exposes your phone to malware, viruses and malicious programs, compromises its security features, and may cause the Tarot Study app to malfunction or stop working entirely. The app uses third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions.

Please note there are certain things KENJI FUJITA will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the app require an active internet connection provided either by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. If you do not have Wi-Fi and no mobile data left, KENJI FUJITA cannot be held responsible for the app not being fully functional.
If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, remember that your mobile network provider's terms of contract still apply. You may be charged by your provider for the cost of any data connection while using the app, or by other third parties. By using the app you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer.
Please also make sure your device is sufficiently charged when using the app. If your battery runs out and you cannot turn on the device to use the service, we cannot be held responsible.
Regarding KENJI FUJITA's responsibility for your use of the app: while we strive to ensure that the app is always up to date and correct, please bear in mind that we rely on third parties to provide information so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss that you suffer as a result of relying entirely on the app's functionality.
We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, but the requirements of both systems (and any other systems on which we may decide to make the app available) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you wish to keep using the app. We do not promise that the app will always be suitable for you or that it will keep supporting the Android and iOS versions you have installed. We also reserve the right to stop providing the app at any time, without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using the app and (if necessary) remove it from your device.
